Hi,
I've just upgraded to BB2024 and installed over BB2023 which I'm led to believe is ok to do.
I point BB and the Plugin to the correct "Custom Realtracks/Realdrums" folders which is on my USB drive E
However each time I open and generate BB or run the DawPlugin it just renders blank WAV's
so I have to re-point to the custom folders again. (a pain)
Anyone else come across this, everything was absolutely fine with BB2023.
Is this because I installed over BB2023.

Installing "over BB2023" is correct.

so I have to re-point to the custom folders again. The custom folder locations for RealTracks and Drums are saved between sessions, so Band-in-a-Box will automatically point to the E:\bb\Drums and E:\bb\RealTracks locations, unless the E: drive isn't available on bootup - this is the same as 2023. Are you saying that is not the case for you? (i.e. when you visit the RT Prefs dialog the custom folder location is different than it was in your previous session) I can't think of why that would be but I may be misunderstanding...
