OP kurt50 Newbie K Joined: Nov 2016 Posts: 3	I installed the Jazz Master Class program Volumes 1 and 2 on my Windows 7 Professional laptop but the program won't open when I click on it. It acts like its going to start up bur it never does. I thank you for your help. Kurt

First, reboot (clears Windows resources) and try starting it again. Try running the program as Administrator. If no success, consider an uninstall & reinstall. Is this a download? Try downloading again. Did it ever work, or is this a new purchase? We are only fellow users here. If no one else can recognize and solve your problem, you should call PG Music Support. OP kurt50 Newbie K Joined: Nov 2016 Posts: 3	Hi Thanks for the reply I downloaded it to an older computer and the software works just fine, but I want it on my newer computer because that is where my band-in-a-box and other musical software is. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
