rayc Veteran Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 6,303 Cooran Queensland Australia	If it's deliberate then it's not "not where it's meant to be". Next he'll discuss songs that don't start on the one chord. When one "picks up" notes to put down the rhythm & tempo one may often do it on internal "feel". Listening to the songs without the artifice they sound natural, right and sometimes deliberately misleading. Rules based writing and be stifling and often the broken "rule" can be uplifting.
