Thanks Bass!

You should check out the Scheps videos on rear buss/parallel master buss stuff.

It is kind of a game changer. smile That Scheps Omni Channel Plugin is totally rad, as well.

Thank you DC. That description of the good pumping is on target, because that's what it does.

In the Andrew Scheps omnichannel plug in that I happen to be using on my parallel master there are a lot of goodies such as compression, and various tools that add punch and sparkle to the main instruments that are flowing through this parallel master.

But this sound is not applied to the entire Master just the parallel Master which I don't have mixed all the way up.

The cool thing is that you can pull this fader up and down until you get the precise mixture of punch and ambience that you want overall. So for me this idea is kind of a game changer it opens up a lot of new possibilities.

What a great love story!! And a terrific song to add to the tribute. Really excellent sound, David (and a rewarding inspiration, Gayle). I like David's comment about Springsteen and Tom Waits. Much passion in your vocals and the song is a real treat. The best lyrics ever.

Enjoy whatever happens!

What cool tune David. Powerful instrumentation. Love the twelve string intro. Definitely one of your best vocals. Really well done...

Hi David.

I'm late to the party but I'm so glad that I didn't miss this one.
This is outstanding!
You and Ray have created something spectacular with this one.
The backing is incredible.
You sure know how to tweak those dials and slide those sliders to get a truly awe-inspiring sound.
Added to that... your writing is stunning, your arrangement is top notch, and you performance is breathtaking.
This is definitely one of the best listens on the forum.

It's "total enjoyment" and "I don't know how you did that but I love it" from me.

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option

Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!

Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
