Thanks! Glad you liked it! This kinda humour is not for everyone ... it's, perhaps, a little infantile on my part, but why not? Made me smile, once I'd heard that resonator (and the idea of the cat came to my mind immediately on hearing said resonator), so ... we need a goofy song, too, every now and then - right? Janice, Bud, thank you Glad you enjoyed it! Sadly, I keep meaning to read Tennessee Williams; to my shame, I haven't yet (I've read Scott Fitzgerald, some Hemingway, Walter de la Mare, Steinbeck, Harper Lee, etc. ... but not Mr Williams, just yet! argh). But yes, the roof was definitely warm, rather than hot, here ... Thanks for being so kind to this little experimental, slightly mischievious track of mine!

Hi James,
Like Dave I expected you did the singing (and perform as the arrogant, sophisticated cat with the white tail).
Now I had to imagine how it walks over fences and other obsticals to enter that forbidden place...
Well, as a cat lover I can easily imagine that cat doing that. My cats do it all the time.
You made an interesting Blues, with that resonator. I never expected you making these kind of songs.
Including the humor of the story. It's easier imagine cats walking around than that.
Very well done!
But I want your vocals back too...
